Cambodia Classic - 5 Days 4 Nights

Day 1:  Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

Start your tour with an insight into Cambodia's cultural heritage with a visit to the Royal Palace, still the official residence of King and the Silver Pagoda, also known as the Pagoda of the Emerald Buddha. Continue to the elegant National Museum, which contains a comprehensive collection of Khmer Art.

Lunch at local Restaurant

In the afternoon, explore the modern-day city, visiting one of Phnom Penh's two great markets, the Central Market, and the sprawling Russian Market for the bargain.

Day 2: Siem Reap (B/L/D)

Flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

After checking-in at hotel, visit the fortified city of Angkor Thom. An eight-meter high wall surrounds this ancient city that was the last capital of the Khmer empire under the reign of King Jayavarman VII. From here you continue to the Bayon Temple, built in the center of Angkor Thom, and the terrace of the Elephants and the terrace of the Leper King.
Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch,you will explore Angkor Wat, the largest religious temple in the world. It took king Suryavarman II almost 50 years to build in the early 12th century and it was never completed. Angkor Wat is considered a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Stay until sunset.

Overnight in Siem Reap


Day 3: Siem Reap (B/L/-)

In the morning, visit the famous jungle temple of Ta Prohm. It has been overgrown by jungle trees and vines. Continue your tour to Banteay Kdei, a Buddhist monastery from the late 12th Century, and Srah Srang, also known as the 'pool of ablutions'. End your day at the twin towers of Chau Say Tevoda and Thommanon

Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon visit local market and art school.

Overnight in Siem Reap


Day 4: Siem Reap (B/L/-)

Breakfast at hotel

Visit floating fishermen’s village on Tonl√© Sap Lake, the largest fresh water lake in South East Asia. Stop to visit at Les Artisans d’Angkor the place where the young students have been train for stone-carving and wood-sculpting.
